Closing

The lender offers both Remote Online Notarization (RON) and in-person notary closing services:

• Remote Online Notarization is available only in eligible locations/municipalities
• For locations that require a physical closing, the lender coordinates with a notary to visit the borrower at an agreed-upon location to sign the documents.
