Ownership must be fee simple or leasehold in name of individual(s) or inter vivos revocable trust.
The following entities are prohibited:
- Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- Corporation
- Partnership
- Irrevocable Trust
- Blind Trust
- Land Trust
All individuals who hold title to the Mortgaged Property are required to sign the Security Instrument but are not required to sign the Loan Application or the Mortgage Note unless their income and credit are used for qualifying purposes.
