HELOC Funds Receipt

In the timeframe before accepted the prequalified offer up until the day of funding, a borrower may connect their bank account for the funds to be delivered via Automated Clear Housing (ACH) or Real Time Payment (RTP).

If the borrower has not connected their bank account, a check is automatically mailed to them. 

*Please check with your bank/financial institution if they have a hold period for funds, as they may require an addition 1-3 business day hold on the HELOC funds for security purposes
