Equifax FICO 8 is utilized for both the soft and hard credit pulls
- Minimum 600 FICO for Owner Occupied
- Minimum 640 FICO for 2nd Home
- Minimum 700 FICO for Investment Properties
For FICOs 600-679, the maximum DTI is 45%.
For FICOs 600-639, only single family residences are allowed and a housing history of 0x30x12 is required.
Eligibility is determined by the primary wage earner’s (the borrower that makes the most annual income) Equifax-Only FICO 8 score.
Credit report may not be more than 30 days old at the time of closing.
